Osito is the only fully live fire Michelin star restaurant in the San Francisco, and we are delighted to bring them to Cork - their first time on the road this side of the Atlantic
Osito means 'little bear' in spanish, the nickname Osito Owner and Executive Chef Seth Stowaway was given during his tenure as a chef in esteemed kitchens around the Bay Area
We will be hosting Chef Seth and team for our 3 day collaborative pop up in The Glass Curtain. He will be bringing with him Co-Chef and partner in Osito Matt Hanley, Osito wine director Grace Ackerman and Osito and Liliana Bar director Uzziel Pulido Orea
In Osito they have 3 principals that they build their hospitality around, fire, preservation and seasonality
We will be offering a collaborative tasting menu with optional drinks pairings. Our mutual love for cooking over fire, bold flavors and local seasonal produce will be seen throughout the menu. The ticket includes the full meal, there will be an optional wine pairing available on the night
Please note. We will be using all allergens in the Kitchen and due to the nature of the event we will not be able to adjust any dishes on the night. We can cater for coeliac & nut allergy, only once given prior notice. We cannot accommodate Vegan or Vegetarian diets for this event
