Collaboration with Sem from Lisbon

We will be collaborating with restaurant " Sem" from Lisbon. Sem means 'without' in Portuguese, Lara & George are committed to run a restaurant without waste while embracing creativity & maintaining a commitment to the environment.
They will be sharing our home and cooking a 5 course meal of multiple dishes.
